I am deeply committed to helping clients cultivate a healthier relationship with food. I believe that perfect eating doesn't exist; rather, it's about learning healthier lifestyle habits and making choices that lead to your ultimate wellness.
With over twenty years of experience, I have worked with various esteemed organizations, including the Meadows outpatient services, Children's Medical Center of Dallas in the Center for Pediatric Psychiatry's Eating Disorders Program, Center for Pediatric Endocrinology, Acute Care General Pediatrics Unit, Juliet Fowler Youth recovery program, Nexus Recovery, Healthcare Services Group, and the city of Dallas quality improvement program.
In 2009, I earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, which has enhanced my ability to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to promote lifestyle changes that support optimal wellness.

"As a cardiologist, my patients' dietary habits are a top priority for me. Angela Lovell has helped many of achieve their diet goals. This may be weight loss, or just education on adjusting their diet towards more healthy choices. She has also been very good at the psychological aspect of dieting. Staying motivated and having willpower is more than half the battle. I'd recommend anyone who wants to lose weight or eat healthier to see Angela."
